Why is Colonial Professor not acting like the other Captains?[]
Anyone have any source to why Colonial Professor's special attack fills up the same rate as an Influencer and why he doesn't increase the team's attack like the other Captains? 98.235.131.222 22:45, 2 March 2019 (UTC)
