== Promotions ==
* Characters must now be promoted at levels 10, 30 and 60 to continue leveling up.
* Badges collected from Missions on [[The Daily Planet]] are required to promote a character.
* Characters also gain [[Passives|Passive]] abilities with each promotion. Each character starts with 2 passive abilities, up to a maximum of 5 passives unlocked at 4-star Rank.
