NPC's can be found wandering the streets of New New York. For this event, battling the NPC's is very much like a space missions. Once the NPC is defeated, rewards are payed out and it deactivates for a set period of time before it can fight again.

Act 2

Momon Guard
	HP: 1 Refresh Time: 2 every 8h
Rewards	1 Blue Die
Notes	Momon Guards can be cleared by a single tap, but they spawn in Central Park and will walk along the sidewalks there. If sidewalks are removed, they will make their way to any streets or sidewalks built. If buildings are surrounding the park, zooming in all the way will make the Momon Guards visible through the transparent buildings.

Act 3

Momon Soldier
	HP: 1 Refresh Time: 1 every 4h
Rewards	1 Purple Die
Notes	Momon Soldiers can be cleared by a single tap, but they spawn in Central Park. A new animation that looks like glowing smoke rising up over them was added to make them easier to find. The spawn rate is 1 every 4 hours. Schedule is is 1pm, 5pm, 9pm...PDT.

Notes	Momon Soldiers can be cleared by a single tap, but they spawn in Central Park. They also have glowing smoke over them to make easier to find.
